     Support the QA Manager in managing and improving the Quality Management System (ISO9001, GHP, BRC and customer requirements)
     Oversee NCR, CAPA, and customer complaint handling to ensure timely and effective resolution
     Monitor and analyze quality performance indicators (PPM, defect trends, audit findings)
     Supervise and coordinate QA Inspectors, and QA Laboratory activities.
     Manage workload and assignment allocation for QA team members.
     Ensure effective implementation of incoming, in-process, and outgoing quality controls
     Support internal, external, and customer audits, including corrective action follow-up
     Coordinate quality-related issues with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams
     Support quality improvement initiatives to reduce defects, scrap, and rework.
     Monitor, set targets, and evaluate team performance.
     Resolve and make decisions on issues encountered during operation.
     Troubleshoot issues across Incoming, In-Process, and Outgoing processes, and implement process improvements for increased efficiency.
     Communicate with customers to confirm quality expectations are met.
     Coordinate effectively with other departments.
     Report quality issues and quality-related procedures to management.
     Oversee procedures until products meet established quality standards and specifications.
     Continuously study new solutions, technologies, and skills relevant to the field.
     Manage necessary quality documents and reports for customer submission.

  • 応募条件

     Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Quality Management, or a related field
     Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control within a manufacturing environment
     Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ISO 9001, BRC and food safety.
     Proven experience in managing NCR, CAPA, and customer complaints
     Experience in supervising QA teams (QA Supervisor, QA Inspector, QA Laboratory)
     Proficient in quality tools such as SPC, 7 QC tools, Root Cause Analysis, and trend analysis
     Ability to analyze quality data and prepare management-level reports
     Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
     Effective communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams
     Internal Auditor certification (ISO 9001 or equivalent) is an advantage
     Experience in packaging, plastic, or closure manufacturing is preferred
     Good command of English (written and verbal) is an advantage
