  - Planning production, setting targets, and estimating production volume.
  - Determining budgets, allocating resources (personnel, machinery), and scheduling.
  - Controlling production costs to meet targets.
  2. People Management:
  - Allocating manpower to match production capacity.
  - Training, supervising, and evaluating employee performance.
  - Motivating and promoting teamwork.
  3. Process & Quality Management:
  - Ensuring efficient and high-quality production processes.
  - Continuously monitoring and improving production processes.
  - Establish quality standards and resolve issues immediately.
  4. Coordination & Reporting:
  - Coordinate with other departments (Purchasing, Sales, Marketing) and external companies.
  - Prepare production summary reports for management.
  5. Equipment Management:
  - Maintain, repair, and improve production equipment to ensure readiness for use.
  - Other tasks assigned by manager
