  Key Responsibilities
  - Manage and monitor the overall biomass pellet production line to ensure efficient and stable operations.
  - Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot biomass burners and related equipment.
  - Handle and manage wood powder (material feeding, storage, quality checks, safety management).
  - Coordinate with production staff to ensure smooth workflow and problem resolution.
  - Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and performance checks on production machinery.
  - Assist in improving production processes, enhancing efficiency, and minimizing downtime.
  - Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and environmental regulations.
  - Prepare production reports and maintain accurate operational records.
