  - Obtaining department's or section's policy and communicate to the subordinate for acknowledgement
  - Prepare for detailed business plan of the responsible work group in complying with business plan and objectives of the department or section
  - Consultant about customs regulation, H.S. code, Import duty rate.
  - Re-check draft import entry, shipping document and permission document (if any) before sending data to customs.
  - Update the new regulation from customs and other goverment for inform to who all concern.
  - Ccnsider H.S. code for customer and re-check and monitor H.S. code with Thai customs.
  - Getting the consult and submit import permission to concerned governmen for import regulation.
  - In case of shipping team is more workload. It will support them for customs clearance process.
  - Soving problem for customer in case of there is some problem about import customs clearance process.
  - Mentor/train the staffs in accordance with the group's training matrix
  - Define and update work process of responsible work group
  - Making sure that subordinates follow related rules and regulations as well as work process
