Key Responsibilities:
•Provide day-to-day office support, ensuring smooth operations.
•Maintain and organize files, records, and office supplies.
•Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing, expense tracking, and data entry.
•Manage HR records, including employee documentation, attendance tracking, and leave requests.
•Support payroll processing, including collecting and verifying employee work hours and assisting in payroll preparation.
•Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.
•Assist with PR/marketing activities, including preparing promotional content and updating the company’s website and social media channels.
•Support in preparing M&A related documents (e.g., M&A pitch deck, presentations)
•Other tasks assigned by MD

【Must】
- Bachelor's degree in any fields
- Proven at least 1 years of experience in administrative, office management, or HR support role with knowledge of basic accounting principles and payroll procedures
- Excellent written and comprehension abilities in Japanese (Communication with Japanese HQ/N2 up)
- Business English skill (Englsih documetns)
【Advantage】
- Proficiency in spoken Japanese (Communication with MD)
- Experience in creating and managing content for social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn/Facebook)
- Willingness to learn and grow within the M&A industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)英語
