  - Receive and distribute the daily production plan to production operators.
  - Check the readiness of the 4Ms (Man, Machine, Material, Method) before, during, and after production.
  - Monitor production quantity and quality to ensure daily targets are achieved.
  - Supervise and confirm that subordinates follow standard procedures and work instructions.
  - Check and control production facilities; troubleshoot and resolve machine issues promptly.
  - Train new employees on safety protocols and operational procedures.
  - Apply new knowledge and provide coaching to enhance employee efficiency and job performance.
  - Prepare and submit daily and weekly machine performance reports to superiors.
  - Report employee operations and working hours to superiors.
  - Calibrate and adjust machine parameters to optimize the production process.
