  Sales support of automotive parts (Existing customers)
  
  - Respond to customer inquiries and orders, providing information about products and services.
  - Manage tasks related to logistics, such as product transportation, warehouse
  management, coordination with shipping carriers, import customs procedures, and adjusting delivery dates with suppliers
  - Continuously monitor inventory levels to meet customer requirements, manage customer, supplier, and product registrations in SAP, manage sales amounts, costs, and inventory quantities, and proficiency in data analysis and report creation in Excel.
  - Issue invoices to customers, process debit and credit notes, and address invoice-related issues and adjustments.
  - Communicate and coordinate with the sales team.
  - The other as assigned.
