  Responsibilities:
  
  - Manage and maintain internal IT systems, infrastructure, and software to support business operations.
  - Lead IT & Programmer teams, including project manpower allocation, to achieve goals and meet requirements.
  - Manage client IT projects end-to-end, covering scope, timeline, manpower, and budget control.
  - Coordinate with clients, overseas product owners, or suppliers to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth product integration or updates.
  - Manage team for technical support and troubleshooting for customers, both remotely and on-site when required.
  - Analyze and resolve system errors, bugs, or network issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
  - Manage IT assets, licenses, budgets, and vendor relationships.
  - Document technical processes and solutions for internal reference and customer support.
