  - Lead the entire factory setup and oversee full operational management post-launch.
  - Coordinate internal and external departments to ensure efficient and aligned operations.
  - Implement and maintain quality systems including GMP, HACCP, ISO, and 5S.
  - Manage production planning, quality control, and on-time delivery.
  - Conduct internal audits and lead cross-functional meetings for continuous improvement.
  - Represent the company in hosting important visitors and handling client concerns.
  - Report directly to executive management and provide strategic insights for improvement.
