  • 仕事内容

    - Ensure all BOI, Import-Export staffs follow company rule, regulation and policy
    - Manage and monitor logistics related performance (quality, quantity, on time delivery and transportation costs
    - Select Forwarder/services provider, negotiate rates and contracts with transportation and logistics and monitor service against performance criteria
    - Ensure compliance with import-export regulations/customs regulations and legal and safety requirements
    - Ensure that utilize the best options for import-export privilege to optimize logistics cost such as AFTA, BOI and other government promotion policy.
    - Review impact of logistics changes, such as customs regulation, routing, shipping modes, product volumes or carriers and report results to others.
    - Contact with BOI to submit all application of BOI privilege, such as new project application, BOI Formula and Max Stock application
    - Manage overall in BOI privilege & Customs clearing (Import & Export)/ Foreign Trade condition and duty refund.
    - Other tasks by commander

  • 応募条件

    - Male/Female, age 35 - 45 years old.
    - Bachelor degree Logistic or related field
    - At least 10 years up working experience in BOI or Import – Export
    - Familiar with SAP, Office and other Office software
    - Proactive working attitude, strong sense of responsibility, good communication and team work ability
    - Good problem-solving skills and flexibility
    - Good in English and can communicate in Chinese.
