  To verifiably contribute to achieving the Plant’s business performance by providing the managerial leadership and the manufacturing, facilities and equipment functional expertise essential to ensure garment production outcomes that meet the customer’s quality, quantity and delivery specifications and the Plant’s KPI targets, while operating within all applicable country, customer, Group and Plant policies and guidelines and in ways that create a sustainable and engaged work force and healthy and safe occupational work environment.
  
  
  Key Accountability Areas :
  
  - Plant Production Capacity - Order Loading, Production Capacity, Order Load Monitoring, Cross-plant Support.
  - Plant Production Output - Bulk Order Garment Output, Cross Functional Coordination, Operation Performance Monitoring , Cross-functional Problem Resolution, Cross-functional Problem Resolution,Continuous Improvement.
  - Plant and Production Support Services - Plant Facilities and Equipment Support, Environment & Occupational Health and Safety Support, Production Equipment Support, Advanced Analytical Methods Training Support
