• 仕事内容

  1.Plan and Manage the process/resources of Tube Inspection / Plant Inspection / Non-destructive inspections (Eddy Current Testing (ECT) , MT , PT, UTM etc.) to support work schedule.
  2.Control and improve working performance of subordinates / lower-level management personnel and responsible for supervising the lower-level management personnel, strictly supervising the inspection personnel.
  3.Review and approve of inspection reports and associated documents.
  4.Participate in problem-solving efforts with all concerning departments to investigate and follow up the actions are met both internal and external customers.
  5.Participate in the improvement of customer feedback information, and implement it, and urge subordinates to implement all improvement actions to prevent similar defects from recurring
  6.Analysis and solving problem of In-Process and Final Inspection.
  7.Verify that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards.
  8.Control Specification and follow up Quality System to align company policy
  Implement quality standards, identifying and resolving problems, completing audits, determining system improvements, and implementing change.
  9.Develop a training plan, organize the training of inspectors, and conduct skill assessments to ensure that the inspectors have the ability to work
  10.Work with Engineering and Inspection to handle work, root cause analysis and mistake proofing.
  11.Supports the Organizational Goals in achieving Total Customer Satisfaction.
