1. Act as internal technical support for customer.
Assist customers in:
- technical support in networking, firewall, EDR, WAF, email gateway and various areas
- perform routine tasks like preventive maintenance, update firmware, update signature
- perform hardware maintenance เสีย เปลี่ยน ซ่อม
- Troubleshooting technical issues and resolve it
2. Write training manuals, help guides, and other support materials.
3. Document, maintain, upgrade or replace hardware and software systems. Cooperate with Network Security, EDR & WAF Team for troubleshooting and knowledge learning.
4. Support and work in shift 24x7
5. Must be able to participate in urgent cases despite not being in their shift.

応募条件
1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology or related fields
2. Minimum 1 years experience in one of the below
- firewall, IPS, VPN
- server admin or Anti-Virus helpdesk
3. Good Attitude, Excellent teamwork, interpersonal skills, Punctual, Honesty, Perseverance & Due care.
4. Good problem solving, analytical skill and customer oriented.
5. English skill good read & listen [optional]英語
