    - research and identify new business opportunities - including new growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets
    - seek out the appropriate contact in an corporate health insurance
    - generate leads and cold call prospective clients
    - meet with clients face to face or over the phone or video conference
    - follow up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs and being met
    - foster and develop relationships with clients and partners, and follow up on the projects and to create a better customer experience.
    - understand the needs of your clients and partners, maintain and be able to respond effectively with a plan, handling complaints and negotiations
    - work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes
    - have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them
    - ensure medical staff are on board throughout the organization, and understand the need for change and what is required of them
    - discuss business strategy and activities with the sales department
