    As Head of Marketplace you will analyze opportunities, develop and implement strategies to grow the marketplace business through new channels and programs including define the drivers of success for these channels, including selection, quality, customer satisfaction, partner health, traffic and operational success;

    1. Multi-Channel
    - New Amazon Marketplace such as UAE, China, Europe and another
    - New Online USA Channel such as Walmart, Target, Sephora, Ulta Beauty, Costco and another
    - New Online Asian Channel such as Lazada, Shopee, Tmall, Taobao, Rakuten, Watsons and another

    2. Business Strategy
    - Build a business plan for each marketplace
    - Roll out the operational launch for these marketplaces
    - Once launched, manage the daily operations in these marketplaces

    3. Marketplace & Catalog Management
    - Product listing checks (includes listing checks against Hi-jackers)
    - Monitoring conversion rate including product listing improvements and suggestions
    - Resolve any/all listing related issues with marketplace support
    - Handling, monitoring, and resolving open cases
    - SKU Monitoring
    - Storage fees management & product premeasurements

    4. Perform other jobs as assigned by superior

    - Monitor catalog execution and recover within 24 hours in serious cases occur or hijack situation
    - Validate and control accounting transaction comply with rules and regulation to 0 waring case

  • 応募条件

    【Must】
    - Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Match or related field and Master’s Degree preferred
    - +5 years work experience in leading a business unit, major functional program, ideally with full P&L responsibility and commercial / business development focus
    - People leadership experience, experience in hiring and developing a team and influencing throughout an international organization
    - Excellent analytical skills and proven user experience in Excel or Data warehouse
    - Proven experience in creating business reviews and lead cross-functional meetings/ conference calls on an international level with multiple stakeholder
    - Proven skills in creating forecasts, budget planning, target setting and detailed reporting
    - Good command in English (Neo3)
