    - Coordinate with cross functional section to analyze and commit the new product/project feasibility.
    - Prepare the budget of new project preparation and investment for the new facilities and utilities.
    - APQP Coordinator. Process cost estimation Introduce and analyze the new technology to enhance the productivity and cost reduction.
    - Manage LEAN project to increase production productivity.

    【Must】
    - Male only, age between 40-45 years old.
    - Bachelor's degree in Engineering field.
    - Have experience at least 10 years about project engineering in automotive industry.
    - At least 5 years experience in management.
    - Be able to use Auto CAD 2D, 3D program.
    - Must be good at written and spoken English
    - Strategic thinker and strong analytical skills
