  - Supervise the entire operations of the facility with an aim for high performance
  - Monitoring production result such as yield, quality, productivity etc.
  - Monitoring the performance of your team members to ensure they are all contributing adequately and working safely.
  - Ensure that the final products are meets standards of quality.
