    1. In charge of Recruitment process of company.
    2. Design job advertisement, promote company employer branding by cooperating with communication and Global Recruiting team.
    3. Assist in implementing employment marketing strategies to attract passive job seekers.
    4. Be responsible for operational recruiting work, maintain open positions and assure process in line with company rules and regulations.
    5. Arrange and conduct job interviews.
    6. Be in charge of planning and reporting work in recruiting function, like annual recruiting planning, monthly, quarterly, annual reporting.
    7. To support individual career development plan
    8. Performance Management System: KPIs / Competency, monitoring support and yearly evaluation.
    9. Other HR tasks as assigned

  • 応募条件

    - Thai nationality, Any gender is welcomed, Age between 27 -35
    - Bachelor of any related field
    - Over 3 years HR especially experience of recruiting process is required
    - Able to handle English documents and English business email
    - English speaking level does not matter
    - Proficient in MS Office (Focus on Excel)
    - Pleasant and good personality
