• Job Description

  1. In charge of Recruitment process of company.
  2. Design job advertisement, promote company employer branding by cooperating with communication and Global Recruiting team.
  3. Assist in implementing employment marketing strategies to attract passive job seekers.
  4. Be responsible for operational recruiting work, maintain open positions and assure process in line with company rules and regulations.
  5. Arrange and conduct job interviews.
  6. Be in charge of planning and reporting work in recruiting function, like annual recruiting planning, monthly, quarterly, annual reporting.
  7. To support individual career development plan
  8. Performance Management System: KPIs / Competency, monitoring support and yearly evaluation.
  9. Other HR tasks as assigned
