  - Assist line management in establishing, developing and administering an adequate Health & Safety program
  - Perform Health & Safety program assessment to measure and evaluate management compliance with plant's HSE standard and continuous improving PSM effectiveness
  - Ensure PSM elements are compliance with standard and continuous improving PSM effectiveness
  - Accumulate and update all chemical data sheets, preparing chemical data sign on working place
  - Be consultant and manage for chemical storage
  - Conduct health risk assessment for health checkup program and follow up the result by yearly.
  - Analyze the abnormal checkup result of all employees and set program for treatment
  - Monitor a working place condition with Environment team and find out the cause of unexpected result
  - Maintain Health & Safety training program which will develop employees and contractors to have a alear understanding of the safety responsibilities, which is established by plant safety program.
  - Be an authorized person of HSEQ department industry roster team.
