  • 仕事内容

    • Control the quality of products according to company target and customer required.
    • Control and oversee the operations of the employees to conform the quality standard of IATF 16949 and ISO14001.
    • To contact and coordinate customers in the case of problem with the quality products according to customer request.
    • Conduct analysis problem within customer target and follow up step problem solving with team member.
    • Verify the effectiveness of countermeasure with team member, and periodically report to management concerning tracking status.
    • Follow up take corrective and improvement while problem occurred and control 4M change as required.
    • Prepare the report to summarizing the results of other quality checks for customer according to customer’s request.
    • Act as customer’s representative concerning the quality problem.
    • Analysis to develop methods to reduce the risks and reduce the cost of the organization.
    • Review quality monthly report every month.

    *** Must ***

    Male or Female, age around 25 - 30 years old.
    Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or any related filed.
    Experience 2 - 3 years of working experience in Quality Assurance from Automotive Industry.
    Understanding the Customer requirement and claim, Standard Procedure, QC tools, Analysis methods, etc.
    Knowledges of IATF16949, ISO14001, and SSQ5K (Safety, Save Energy, QCC, 5S, Kaizen).
