  • 仕事内容

    - Max stock balance and report to management
    - New model and new formula management
    - Submit and key in data into IC system (online system)
    - Import and export clearance process
    - Recheck import and export entry document
    - Import Tax Refund (RMTS 2011)
    - Contact shipping, customers, suppliers about the relevant BOI process
    - Contact BOI and Investor Club about the import and export in Import Online System or BOI system
    - Prepare Approval Form (Office Expenses)
    - Update payment control sheets (Office Expenses)
    - Office equipment control
    - Contact Government Department (DBD, Social Security Office, etc.)
    - Prepare documents and send to customers
    - Payment office expense (outside)
    - Prepare the schedule for superior executives and other employees
    - Handle the reservation of hotel, ticket, etc. and control the schedule of drivers
    - Other related tasks as assigned

求めている人材

  • 応募条件

    - Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 23-30
    - Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
    - Work experience, minimum 5 years, in the management of any related fields (BOI or IPO function)
    - Good communication skills in Thai and English (spoken Japanese would be an advantage)
    - Ability to work under pressure and have a good teamwork spirit
