    1). Manage production and work process to meet the product standard & specification and ensure the quality finished product
    2). Develop and implement production tracking and quality control system while control cost and minimize production lost
    3). Control production activity in accordance with ISO 9001 , ISO/TS 16949 , ISO 14001 and maintain safety and clean environment
    4). Just in time products and other Production's problem solving
    5). Control and management Raw Material , Finish Goods ,Packing ,Delivery and Inventory stock
    6) Equipment maintenance.
    7) Development Production Process and imrprove the production capacity.

    - Male / Female , Age 35-45 years old
    - Bachelor degree and have knowledge about chemical
    - Have experience in chemical manufacturing and 3-5 years in management level.
    - Good management skill and understand Japanese culture
    - Have owner car
    - Can specking Japanese N1, N2
