• 仕事内容

  - Work with other staff in the production line to ensure completion of production project in an efficient manner
  - Identify and procure the resources needed for production
  - Perform quality control checks to ensuring safety and effectiveness or reliability of system or product
  - Negotiate with team members to generate ideas, clarify specifications and resolve disputes between team members in production process
  - Delegate tasks as necessary to the production and engineering team members
  - Control and handle production process and ensure product system (quality requirements)
  - Handle production process to work on time (production schedule and good quality)
  - Solve problems and maintain standardization of production (engineer’s duty)
  - Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed and ensure compliance with workplace safety programs
  - Motivate a team of production and workers (reviewing workforce performance)
  - Complete production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel
  - Ensure operation of equipment by calling for repairs, evaluating new equipment and techniques
