    - Create mechanical design using AutoCAD and estimation by draft
    - Support and provide advice to internal sales representatives to secure and obtain projects
    - Attend all relevant meetings relating to clients, authorities and sub-contractors
    - Suggest appropriate solutions in accordance with clients' needs within fixed costing
    - Ensure submissions and approvals are obtained from required authorities
    - Perform on-site supervision and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure construction progress is following the timeline

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 25-35
    - Work experience, minimum 5 years, in mechanical engineering in the construction field
    - Work experience in a Japanese company is an advantage
    - Good command English (to communicate with Japanese Manager)
    - Having a valid Driving Licence and the ability to work on site
