  • 仕事内容

    - Responsible for placing orders from Japan Head Office with suppliers and following up status to achieve on-time delivery
    - Deliver and manage to run the progress as planned in the original schedule with suppliers and update order status to Japan Head Office
    - Responsible for the management of suppliers for schedules of delivery plan and any problems in delay shipment
    - Contact and coordinate with other internal departments to facilitate Japan Head Office’s requirements
    - Assist suppliers in determining the best applicable shipping terms for every shipment and booking shipment
    - Check shipping documents such as invoices, packing list, B/L, Form A, etc. to ensure that all information is correct to avoid any discrepancy
    - Other related tasks as assigned

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 22-30
    - Work experience in import & export business is preferred
    - Welcome New Graduates & Fresh Grads
    - Good command of English (upper intermediate)
    - Japanese, JLPT N3 or higher
    - Computer literacy (in Microsoft Office Suites, etc.)
