    - Conduct marketing for product and store development
    - Plan strategies for opening new restaurant (location, menu, system, employees, etc.)
    - Coordinate with Thai staff and Japanese manager
    - Control all floors of the restaurant
    - Closely contact back-office staff for the payroll issues and simple accounting tasks
    - Conduct meeting with each staff and solve their problems or improve work environment
    - Stand by at the restaurant to support some tasks such as helping in the kitchen or serving as a waiter/waitress (during lunch or dinner time)
    - Report to Japanese owner
    - Other related tasks to support Japanese manager

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 25-45
    - Interested in food service or working in a restaurant
    - Japanese, JLPT N2 or higher is preferred
    - Ability to support marketing and customer service
