     Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
     Stay up-to- date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in
    regulations
     Participate in job fairs and career events
     Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners

     Male or Female 35-45 years
     Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related fields
     At least 2 years experience in recruitment function
     Highly Organized and proactive
     Strong organizational and administrative skills
     Strong analytical skills and also problem solving skills

     Detailed and careful with paperwork
     Must be able to network and interact with people
     Excellence Communication, Written in English language
