仕事内容
- Wisely use marketing intelligence and all marketing tools to analyze business portfolio and clarify
- Initiate market and product roadmap, marketing plan and marketing programs into each product to serve corporate strategies and win the market
- Manage and control marketing plan and implementation with reasonable marketing budget together with evaluation by market research
- Cooperate with sales team and trade marketing to push sales into distribution channels strongly
- Work with R&D team to innovate new product or improve product quality to fit customer insights
- Develop new market opportunities and P&L calculation for business growth with smart action program
- Maintain long term relationships with business partners, clients and company staff
- Build strategic team working and collaborate with all the staff from the marketing department
- Oversee marketing communication including branding, public relations, advertising and other marketing materials
求めている人材
応募条件
-Male or Female, Thai Nationality Age 35 up
-Bachelor degree in Marketing or related filed
-At least 8 years work experience in Marketing, brand, marketing strategies is a must (prefer FMCG industry)
-Excellent in English
-Strong to used marketing or brand skill to develop and build company product
-Self confident
-Ability to lead a team of creatives
-Must be able to manage the creative team from concept to completion of the projects with strong leadership英語
