Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and technical documentation, while providing technical training and mentoring to technicians and engineers. 9. Plan, manage, and monitor project schedules to ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. 10. Report project progress and technical performance directly to management, while contributing to product development strategies and future automation projects.
