【Product Lines】- Auto Parts: Injection-molded plastic parts used in the automotive industry- Injection Parts for Industry: Plastic molded parts for consumer electronics, semiconductors, and other industrial applications【Job Responsibilities】- Design production equipment, jigs, and fixtures used in manufacturing processes- Create mechanical drawings and design layouts using AutoCAD and other design tools- Develop new equipment concepts, specifications, and detailed designs based on production requirements- Improve existing equipment to enhance productivity, quality, and safety- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to understand technical requirements- Support equipment installation, testing, and commissioning- Prepare design documents, BOMs, and technical reports- Troubleshoot issues related to equipment design and propose effective solutions
