  - Analyze and evaluate the company's financing requirements, including loan applications and credit facilities from banks and financial institutions.
  - Review financial statements, cash flow, debt structure, and repayment capabilities to assess borrowing capacity and financial risks.
  - Prepare financial analysis and supporting documents for bank loan applications, credit reviews, and financing negotiations.
  - Coordinate and communicate with banks and financial institutions regarding loan facilities, credit terms, interest rates, collateral, and financing conditions.
  - Review and monitor existing loan agreements, repayment schedules, interest expenses, and financial covenants.
  - Evaluate financing options and provide recommendations to management for financial planning and decision-making.
  - Monitor the company's financial position and liquidity to ensure sufficient funding for business operations.
  - Prepare credit analysis reports, financial reports, and presentations for management.
  - Work closely with internal departments, banks, and external financial advisors on financing-related matters.
