  - Lead and manage the After-sales Service Engineer team.
  - Develop and implement machine installation and maintenance activities.
  - Monitor machine performance, analyze failures, and implement corrective actions.
  - Coordinate with Sales and Application Engineering teams to ensure smooth machine installation and maintenance.
  - Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
  - Prepare machine performance and maintenance reports.
  - Coordinate with the parts center regarding machine components and spare parts requirements.
