  Job Summary
  - Manage and oversee all aluminum melting and casting processes in the automotive parts / aluminum wheel (Aluminum Alloy Wheels) manufacturing plant to meet the company's targets for quality, quantity, cost, safety, and production planning, including developing team capabilities and applying new technologies/techniques to improve production processes
  
  Key Responsibilities
  - Production planning and management: Plan, manage, and control aluminum melting and casting processes to meet production schedules and delivery deadlines
  - Quality control and loss reduction: Control the quality of melt and cast parts to meet standards, reduce defect rate, and perform root cause analysis and countermeasures
  - Cost and energy management: Plan and control the use of energy, furnaces, equipment, and raw materials to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  - Team management and development: Lead and develop engineers, supervisors, and department staff to work effectively and safely
  - Safety and ISO/IATF standards: Ensure operations comply with safety standards (OHSAS/ISO 45001) and automotive quality management systems (IATF 16949 / ISO 9001)
  - Continuous improvement: Apply TPM, Kaizen, Lean, or 5S tools to increase departmental efficiency
