  - Support customers to understand their technical requirements and assist in designing solutions using the company’s franchise lines of Chinese manufacturers products.
  - Facilitate communication between manufacturers or technical marketing and end customers, translating technical specifications effectively to ensure seamless product integration.
  - Provide technical expertise and support throughout the design and development process, addressing any technical challenges and optimizing product performance.
  - Provide technical guidance and support to customers in the pre-sales phases, including product demonstrations, troubleshooting, and resolving any technical challenges.
  - Conduct technical training sessions for customers on product features, functionalities, and best practices.
  - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our franchise lines, influencing customer decision-making.
  - Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, gaining insight into their future requirements and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market demands, and technological advancements to provide valuable insights and recommendations for product development and improvement.
  - Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and marketing to ensure effective coordination and successful project execution.
  - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitors' activities to maintain a competitive edge and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
