    - Prepare design and tender drawings, including perspective views and presentations
    - Responsible for design work in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
    - Prepare and review construction drawings
    - Provide consultation and coordinate with site staff during the construction stage
    - Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal project teams
    - Conduct quality control reviews on design deliverables, material selections, and cost estimations to meet project standards and client expectations

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - 7 - 10 years of experience in architectural practice
    - Bachelor's degree or higher in Architectural Design
    - Associate Architect License
    - Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Revit

  • English Level

    Level 4 - Conversational Level
