Job Description
- Maintain and continuously improve the Calibration Laboratory's management system in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 and company requirements.
- Follow QM document guidelines and ensure that the Quality Manual, procedures, work instructions, forms, and related documents are properly controlled and implemented.
- Identify criteria for deviations from the management system, procedures, and work instructions.
- Identify risks associated with deviations and laboratory activities and coordinate actions to prevent or reduce risks.
- Coordinate quality activities between QM, TM, Calibration Personnel, Calibration Coordinator, and Sales.
- Report the progress, status, risks, deviations, and improvement activities to the Laboratory Manager / Service Manager.
- Monitor quality activities while ensuring that calibration services are performed efficiently.
- Coordinate customer requirements, service inquiries, quotations, and related information with Sales.
- Ensure that service inquiries are issued using the designated form and that information regarding equipment to be calibrated is properly confirmed.
- Coordinate with TM regarding calibration procedures, CMC, master standards, training, QA, risk assessment, laboratory environment, complaints, and non-conforming work.
- Monitor the master list, calibration plans, validity periods, maintenance, and intermediate checks of reference/master standards.
- Ensure that calibration personnel follow approved calibration procedures and applicable CP requirements.
- Ensure that laboratory environmental conditions meet applicable requirements and that required environmental records are maintained.
- Coordinate the annual training plan with TM and QM and ensure that new employees receive appropriate job training.
- Ensure calibration and quality records are complete, accurate, traceable, and properly maintained.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Metrology, Calibration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience implementing or maintaining an ISO/IEC 17025 management system in a calibration laboratory.
- Experience with document control, risk assessment, non-conforming work, corrective actions, internal audit, and management review.
- Experience with calibration procedures, CMC (Calibration and Measurement Capability), reference/master standards, and calibration plans.
- Business-level English for preparing ISO/IEC 17025 documents and communication; computer literate.
Advantages:
