• Job Description

  - Plan and manage the production process to meet company plans and targets.
  - Control and monitor production processes from raw material preparation to finished products to ensure they meet specified standards.
  - Control quality, costs, production volume, and delivery schedules to meet targets and customer requirements.
  - Manage and allocate manpower, machinery, raw materials, and other resources for maximum efficiency.
  - Control and inspect production processes including metalwork, electrical work, and use of machinery such as cutting machines, drilling machines, folding machines, welding, painting, and electrical circuit work.
  - Control and improve production processes to reduce waste, lower costs, and increase production efficiency.
  - Coordinate with engineering, purchasing, quality control, warehouse, sales, and related departments to ensure smooth production.
  - Inspect and monitor employees' work standards and enforce compliance with rules and safety standards.
  - Prepare and monitor production reports such as production volume, quality, waste, cost, and production efficiency.
  - Provide guidance and develop team skills to build a team capable of performing tasks effectively.
  - Perform other duties as assigned by management.
