  1. High Tech Industry Development
  - Research High Tech Industry trends, customer needs, and market opportunities.
  - Develop sales materials and strategies based on market insights.
  - Promote High Tech industry logistics business across the region.
  2. Regional Sales Support
  - Work with regional and country sales teams to develop their business.
  - Provide guidance, support, and best practices to local teams.
  - Share High Tech Industry knowledge across the region.
  3. Solution Development
  - Develop logistics solutions and value propositions.
  - Work with internal teams to create new High Tech Industry-focused services.
  - Identify opportunities to expand existing logistics solutions.
  4. Key Account Development
  - Identify and analyze major High Tech companies and business opportunities.
  - Support sales teams in approaching and developing key customers.
  - Build long-term relationships with strategic accounts.
  5. Plan and Performance Management
  - Execute the annual High Tech Industry business development plan.
  - Monitor activities and progress against targets.
