  • Job Description

    • Develop and execute Supply Chain strategy aligned with business growth and company objectives.
    • Lead Supply Chain operations at business level, covering Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, inventory, procurement, logistics, and distribution.
    • Manage inventory targets, including 3 weeks for existing SKUs and 5 weeks for NPD, while minimizing overstock, stockouts, and near-expiry products.
    • Oversee Finished Goods and Premium product procurement, including local and international suppliers and OEM partners.
    • Manage import operations, international logistics, 3PL providers, and distribution to improve efficiency and optimize costs.
    • Work with QA/QC teams to ensure product quality meets company standards.
    • Drive cost reduction, working capital optimization, and continuous Supply Chain improvement.
    • Establish Supply Chain KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance and support business decisions.
    • Take ownership of Supply Chain cost, service level, inventory, working capital, and overall business performance.
    • Lead and develop the Supply Chain team and collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Finance, and QA.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Requirements:
    - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
    - Business-level English proficiency, with experience using English for communication with internal teams, customers, suppliers, or overseas partners.
    - Experience at Senior Manager or Director level in Supply Chain management.
    - Hands-on experience covering Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Inventory Management, Procurement, and Logistics.
    - Experience managing suppliers, OEM partners, 3PL providers, international logistics, and overseeing supply chain costs, inventory levels, working capital, and profitability.

    Advantages:
    - Chinese language proficiency at HSK 4 or above.
    - Experience implementing initiatives to reduce costs, improve inventory turnover, optimize working capital, or improve supply chain performance.
