  【Responsibilities】
  - Source and purchase food ingredients, packaging, and restaurant supplies.
  - Identify, evaluate, and manage domestic and international suppliers.
  - Build strong supplier relationships and conduct price and contract negotiations.
  - Monitor costs, market trends, quality, and supply availability.
  - Ensure purchased products meet food safety and quality standards.
  - Manage purchasing quantities and inventory to prevent shortages and excess stock.
  - Handle supplier issues, quality concerns, and delivery problems.
  - Support new product development through ingredient sourcing, sampling, and cost analysis.
  - Work closely with product development, operations, logistics, quality, and finance teams.
  - Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative sourcing options.
  - Maintain procurement records and monitor potential supply chain risks.
