  Video Editing & Post-Production (Core)
  - Independently complete editing for various types of videos, including interviews, events, product videos, social media short clips, promotional films, etc., ensuring smooth storytelling, precise pacing, and emotional impact.
  - Add graphic overlays, subtitles, transitions, sound effects, background music, and color grading to enhance the overall visual and auditory experience.
  - Flexibly optimize video length, aspect ratios, and formats for different platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and websites to maximize reach and engagement.
  - Manage and organize media files, establish a clear project archiving and backup system to ensure long-term traceability of materials.
  - Collaborate closely with the creative team, understand creative briefs, and deliver final cuts that meet requirements on time.
  
  Content Planning & Narrative Ability (New Focus)
  - Possess strong content sensitivity—able to judge, based on subject matter and audience psychology, which editing techniques, pacing, and emotions will most effectively resonate with target viewers.
  - Proactively propose editing ideas and structural suggestions; go beyond mere "cutting" to participate in the re-creation of content, making stories more powerful.
  - Stay current with local and global video trends, with a particular knack for capturing content trends in short-form video (TikTok/Reels/Shorts) and incorporating them into your editing strategy.
  
  General
  - Maintain and manage editing equipment and software environments to ensure a smooth workflow.
  - Occasionally participate in team brainstorming sessions and provide content-creative input.
