Job Description
• Created to close the gap between Product Development and frontline Sales/AM execution
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales and market adoption of products created by the division
• Drive adoption of existing sales kits, battlecards, and technical enablement materials into live deals
• Collaborate with the product development team to ensure alignment with market demands and customer needs
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product differentiation
• Create and implement pricing strategies, marketing plans, and sales enablement materials
• Partner with sales teams to achieve revenue targets and improve product positioning in the market
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive product improvements and innovation.
• Monitor and report on product performance, providing insights to guide strategic decision-making
Qualifications
Requirement
【Must】
- 3-5 years' experience in IT/technology product sales, sales enablement, or presales coordination
- Experience working between a product/technical team and a frontline sales team
- Familiarity with cloud, SaaS, or basic security concepts
- Experience with CRM/pipeline tools and basic reporting
【Advantages】
