Job Description

Job Summary:
Support the ACC & FIN Department Manager in overseeing daily ACC & FIN operations. Ensure accurate and timely accounting records, financial closing, tax filings, asset and inventory management, banking transactions, and audit coordination
Job Description:
• Manage and supervise daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL, fixed assets, inventory, and taxation
• Review accounting entries and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and on time.
• Review monthly and year-end closing, financial statements, account reconciliations, accrued expenses, and prepaid expenses.
• Control the fixed asset register, physical asset counts, disposals, and write-offs.
• Review inventory counts, valuation, slow-moving inventory, and inventory-related provisions.
• Review tax filings and ensure compliance with Thai tax regulations, including PND.3, PND.53, PND.54, PP.30, and PP.36.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors, tax advisors, banks, and relevant authorities.
• Manage banking transactions, internet banking, bank reconciliations, loans, interest, and cash flow.
• Maintain and improve accounting procedures, internal controls, and operational efficiency.
• Support and develop accounting staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing or trading company.
• Supervisory or management experience in an accounting department.
• Good knowledge of Thai accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory reporting.
• Experience in financial closing, financial statements, taxation, fixed assets, and inventory accounting.
• Experience coordinating with auditors and handling banking transactions.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP systems.
• Able to written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under deadlines.
Advantage:
• SAP experience and CPD qualification are advantages.English Level
