• Job Description

  Financial & Accounting Management
  - Oversee all accounting transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  - Manage General Ledger (GL) operations, journal entries, and month-end/year-end closing activities.
  - Review balance sheet reconciliations and ensure timely financial reporting.
  - Prepare management reports and financial analysis to support business decisions.
  - Maintain and improve accounting systems and financial processes.
  Tax & Compliance
  - Manage corporate tax matters, including monthly and annual tax submissions.
  - Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
  - Coordinate with external auditors and the Revenue Department during audits and tax reviews.
  - Oversee accounting and finance internal controls to ensure regulatory compliance.
  Intercompany & Financial Control
  - Manage intercompany transactions and ensure proper accounting treatment.
  - Oversee principal accounting practices in accordance with company agreements.
  - Monitor financial controls and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  - Lead continuous improvement initiatives for accounting systems and workflows.
  Team Leadership
  - Lead, coach, and develop the Accounting & Finance team.
  - Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial reporting.
  - Promote a high-performance culture and support team development.
