• Job Description

  ・Identify, develop, and implement automation solutions to improve manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
  ・Analyze existing production processes and propose engineering improvements to reduce manual operations and operational costs.
  ・Lead factory automation projects, including equipment selection, system integration, and process optimization.
  ・Evaluate manufacturing workflows and recommend improvements to enhance quality, safety, and operational　performance.
  ・Collaborate with Production, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to solve technical challenges and improve overall plant performance.
  ・Design and implement productivity improvement initiatives through automation, digitization, and process optimization.
  ・Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for automation and process improvement projects.
  ・Monitor project progress and ensure successful implementation of engineering solutions.
  ・Develop technical standards, operating procedures, and documentation related to automation systems and manufacturing processes.
  ・Provide technical support and training to production personnel regarding new equipment and systems.
  ・Stay updated on emerging technologies and identify opportunities for their application within the factory.
