Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Post job advertisements through various recruitment channels.
- Screen applications, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, lateness, and overtime.
- Prepare payroll-related information, overtime calculations, and compensation data.
- Administer employee welfare programs, uniforms, and staff activities.
- Coordinate Social Security, Workmen’s Compensation Fund, and employee tax matters.
- Prepare HR-related documentation for GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, and other quality audits.
- Support customer audits and government inspections.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Political Science, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or related fields.
- Experience in HR, recruitment, payroll, or HR administration.
- Knowledge of Thai labor laws and HR practices.
- Experience supporting ISO, GMP, HACCP, or manufacturing environments is preferred.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.English Level
