Job Description
Sales Performance & Revenue Growth
• Drive aggressive revenue growth and consistently meet or exceed sales targets through proactive hunting, pipeline development, and deal closing.
• Design and execute a strategic business plan to expand the company’s customer base, increase market share, and strengthen brand presence.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, emerging markets, and untapped segments with a hunter’s mindset.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting, pitching, and negotiation through to close and account handover.
• Present accurate sales forecasts, revenue reports, and expense analyses to senior management on a regular basis.
Team Leadership & Development
• Lead, inspire, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets while fostering a high-performance, results-oriented culture.
• Own the full talent lifecycle: recruiting, onboarding, goal-setting, coaching, performance monitoring, and development of sales representatives.
• Build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and growth mindset within the team.
• Provide ongoing mentoring, coaching, and structured feedback to elevate team capability and resilience.
• Identify high-potential talent and create development plans to retain top performers.
Client Relationships & Account Management
• Build and sustain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients by deeply understanding their business needs, challenges, and objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor and senior point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth.
• Leverage existing industry network to open doors, generate leads, and accelerate the sales pipeline from day one.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and industry shifts to identify growth opportunities and potential threats.
• Stay informed on new products, media innovations, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Translate market insights into actionable strategies and communicate findings to senior leadership.
Qualifications
Requirement
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of progressive sales experience in advertising media, digital/online media, or out-of-home (OOH) media.
• Proven track record as a media sales manager or sales director with a consistent history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Established client network and the ability to leverage existing relationships to generate immediate business impact.
