    - Overall in charge of assigned job site
    - Fully understand contractual construction requirements
    - Formulate construction plans and execute construction according to plan
    - Plan and manage manpower
    - Manage project budget
    - Continuously monitor progress and ensure corrective actions are taken
    - Enforce discipline on site and look after site staff welfare
    - Coordinate all functions within the project team

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
    - At least 7 years' experience in project management, including manpower and budget management
    - Conversation-level English
    - Established relationships with consultants, designers, owners, and suppliers

    【Advantage】
    - Experience in project bidding
    - Engineering license (Level 2 or above)
