  • Job Description

    - Design injection molds for HDD and automotive products (machine size 7–220 tons)
    - Prepare 2D/3D mold drawings and related design documentation
    - Conduct DFM (Design for Manufacturing) discussions with customers
    - Develop mold concepts for quotation and cost estimation
    - Estimate mold cost and product cost
    - Coordinate and control overall mold development schedules with related departments
    - Support tooling improvement, product improvement, and process optimization
    - Prepare design documents such as: Mold drawing, DFM report, Design plan, Mold improvement records
    - Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency
    - Review and verify mold/tooling design accuracy before release
    - Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities
    - Perform other assigned tasks by the supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields
    - 2–5 years of experience in Injection Mold Design
    - Experience in electronic and/or automotive industries preferred
    - Experience in mold tooling, product design, or CAM programming is an advantage
    - Strong knowledge of injection mold design
    - Good understanding of tooling, mold structure, and machining processes
    - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
    - Drawing literacy Software: UG NX (must) , SolidWorks, ACAD , Moldflow
    - Good command of English
    - Able to communicate with foreign customers and internal overseas teams
